As a Group Copyeditor you will be working closely together with other team members and helping them to publish perfect texts and posts they are working on. You will be reviewing and revising content for accuracy and quality, including grammar, spelling, syntax and punctuation. Another important part of the job is staying abreast of the latest media trends and content best practices. You will be collaborating with teams to come up with fresh and creative ideas, keeping the audience in mind. It is also crucial to be able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.


  • Ensure consistent house-style and tone-of-voice of published texts
  • Review documents for grammar, spelling, and style and typography
  • Fact-cheque dates and other statements for accuracy
  • Make corrections and edit of documents
  • Rephrase written text to ensure document structure and content are consistent

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support of other text-editing related areas in the team
  • Responsibility for the document templates accuracy and usability
  • Support and guidance for local HR colleagues (recruiters, int-comm specialists etc.)


  • Minimum Secondary Education, University Degree in Teaching, Linguistics, Journalism or related preferred
  • Very good English in both written and spoken form (C1)
  • Experience in editing and proofreading texts
  • Experience with project-management and ability to drive activities end-to-end needed
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, O365, SharePoint
  • Ability to create written communication (articles)
  • Ability to manage own agenda
  • Ability to provide on-demand team support
